These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Clean Scanner mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by KENPHI MOBILE j.d.o.o.

Clean Scanner is a document scanning application that allows users to scan, import, generate, store, and share PDF files directly on their device.
You may use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The App is designed for local-first document processing. Your scanned documents and generated files are stored on your device unless you choose to share them.
The App may offer paid features, including subscriptions and one-time purchases, through Google Play Billing.
Access to premium functionality depends on the active purchase status reported by Google Play.
The App may provide limited free functionality and optional premium access. Free usage limits and premium features may be changed in future versions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KENPHI MOBILE j.d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
You are responsible for backing up important files and documents where appropriate.
The App, including its design, code, branding, and related materials, is owned by KENPHI MOBILE j.d.o.o. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if required by law or if the App is misused. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Croatia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
