The App helps users create invoices, export PDF invoices, track payment status, and manage overdue invoice follow-up.
The App does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and proper use of all invoices, reminders, and related data.
Most data is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.

1. Purpose

Invoice Simple is a productivity and business tool designed to help freelancers, solo operators, and small businesses create invoice PDFs, track invoice payment status, record partial or disputed payments, and prepare structured payment follow-up information.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, and business use of any invoice, client information, payment tracking data, reminder message, dispute note, or other material created, stored, shared, or exported through the App.

3. No Professional Advice

Invoice Simple is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, debt collection agency, or financial institution. The App does not provide legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or professional advice.

Any reminder texts, payment follow-up tools, guidance packs, or structured consultation prompts are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional where needed.

4. Payment Recovery and Guidance Features

The App may include features related to payment tracking, overdue invoice follow-up, reminder preparation, and legal consultation preparation. These features are intended to assist users in organizing their own workflow.

KenPhi Mobile j.d.o.o. does not guarantee payment recovery, legal success, enforceability, or suitability of any action generated, suggested, copied, shared, or exported through the App.

5. Data Storage

Invoice data and related records are primarily stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data and protecting access to your device.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Subscription billing and purchase processing are handled by Google Play in accordance with Google Play's terms and policies.

7. Availability and Updates

The App may be changed, updated, improved, limited, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Features may vary by version, device, region, or platform availability.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for:

illegal activity, fraud, deception, or misrepresentation,
creating false, misleading, or unlawful invoices,
harassment, abusive collection practices, or unlawful pressure tactics,
violating applicable commercial, privacy, consumer, or communications laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KenPhi Mobile j.d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, failed payment recovery, or legal disputes arising from the use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
