This Privacy Policy explains how KENPHI MOBILE j.d.o.o. (“we”, “us”, “Company”) handles information in connection with the following mobile applications:

• TripLog Lite
• Putni Nalog PRO

These applications are collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Application”.

1. What data the Application processes

• Location data (GPS): used only during an active trip started by the user in order to calculate route distance.
• User-entered data: trip notes and optional expense items entered by the user.
• Subscription status: information required to determine whether the subscription is active (via Google Play Billing).
• Technical app data: minimal technical data required for the Application to function (such as app version and basic device/OS information). We do not collect sensitive device identifiers for marketing purposes.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed by Google Play.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not run advertising tracking inside the Application.
• We do not create user accounts.

3. How we use data

• To record trips, calculate distance, and generate PDF reports.
• To provide subscription-based access to features.
• To maintain application stability and security.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

4. Data storage & sharing

Trip data and generated reports are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a user cloud account for this Application and we do not have access to your trip history.

When you export or share a PDF (for example via email or messaging apps), this action is initiated by you. Any further processing of that exported file is performed by the selected third-party application or service.

We do not share trip history or personal travel data with third parties.

5. Third-party services

The Application uses the following third-party services:

• Google Play Billing (subscription management)
• Android / Google platform services required for standard device functionality (for example location services)

These services process data under their own privacy policies and terms.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the Application. However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices & controls

• You can stop trip tracking at any time and control permissions in Android settings.
• You can delete local data by clearing the Application’s data or by uninstalling the Application.
• You control whether and where you export or share PDF reports.

8. GDPR / EU users

For users in the European Union, we process only the limited data necessary for the Application to function as described above. Because trip data is stored locally on the user’s device and we do not maintain user cloud accounts for this Application, we generally do not have direct access to personal trip records entered by users.
